A two-day workshop on Outcome-Based Education (OBE) was successfully held at A.M. Reddy Engineering College, located in Pethlurivaripalem, on December 27 and 28, 2024. The workshop was led by Dr. T. Rajasanthosh Kumar, Managing Director of MSH Academy of Research, and Dr. A. Kishore Reddy, Academic Dean, who served as resource persons.

The event was attended by Dr. C.H. Mallikarjun, Principal of the Engineering College, Dr. K. Krishna Reddy, Principal of the Diploma College, Heads of Departments from all disciplines, and the teaching staff.

The workshop primarily focused on understanding and implementing the principles of Outcome-Based Education (OBE). It served as a helpful platform for developing a top-tier education system that aligns with global standards. Dr. T. Rajasanthosh Kumar thoroughly explained the OBE methodologies and their significance in improving student learning outcomes

The workshop discussed necessary changes to the educational system, the adoption of OBE methods, and essential guidelines to overcome challenges in education. Special emphasis was placed on how OBE can enhance students' learning approaches, skills, and competencies
