Guidelines for Participation

General Rules

• Eligibility: Participation is open only to students interested in AI, automation, and governance.
• Registration: All participants must register online and submit an abstract by March 24, 2025. Only those whose abstracts are selected will be allowed to participate.
• Registration Fee: Rupees of 400 per participant ( Not per Team )
• Prize Money: 1^st prize: 12116/-, 2^nd prize: 8116/-, Special recognition: 5116/-
• Team Formation: Participants can register as teams. Each team must have a minimum of 2 members and a maximum of 4 members.
• Code of Conduct: Participants must adhere to the event's code of conduct, maintaining professionalism and respect towards others.

Event-Specific Rules

• Project Scope: Projects should align with the theme "Smart & New Age Governance with Transparency & Automation."
• Development Tools: Participants are free to use any programming languages, tools, or frameworks.
• Submission: All projects must be submitted by the specified deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
• Judging Criteria: Projects will be evaluated based on innovation, technical complexity, relevance to the theme, and presentation.
• Laptops: All participants should carry their own laptops and chargers.
